What currency are the prices I see on the site?

All currencies are subject to location.

SHIPPING

I just placed an order, when will it ship?

We try our best to ship items as fast as we can. Please bear in mind that all our items are made to order, sometimes taking anywhere up to eight weeks to finish your item. Please allow 2-8 weeks for production time depending on your item, your order will then be shipped 2 days max after production. Average shipping times are 2-7 days depending on location.
Tracking numbers will be updated 2 days after your order has been SHIPPED. If you don't have a tracking number after 3 business days please email us at

I have entered an incorrect address. What do I do now?

If you have miss spelled or auto filled in an incorrect address, simply notify us via email as soon as possible with your order number included at

info@nyaclothing.com

CUSTOMS

Will I have to pay customs fees?

We advise customers to check with their local customs office for duty and tax information. Customs and duties fees may apply upon delivery, determined by the local government. These fees are the responsibility of the customer, and Nya is not liable for any customs or duties fees incurred.

RETURNS

Can I return my product?

Yes, we have our full returns policy available HERE. Please follow the instructions provided.

What is your refund policy?

For refunds, we will only refund the cost of the item within 7 days of purchase in the form of store credit only. All sale items are final. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Please refer to our full returns policy for more information.

Can I cancel my order?

To be eligible for a complete refund, kindly request cancellations within 24 hours of placing your order, ensuring it is before commencement of the production phase. Please bear in mind that your order is hand made and we'd ask that you please cancel the order in a timely manner. We only replace items if they are defective, incorrect, or damaged. Exchanges do not include any shipping and handling charges.
